Question 1

How do I earn Wendy's Rewards points?

Accepted Answer

Order in the Wendy's app while signed in, or scan your app at checkout when ordering in-store. Points are credited for eligible purchases linked to your Rewards account. Bonus-point promotions in the app can accelerate your balance — just remember to activate them before ordering.

Question 2

How many rewards can I redeem at once?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the current program rules — limits may apply per order. The app shows which rewards can be combined when you build your order, so check there for the latest redemption limits.

Question 3

Do Wendy's Rewards points expire?

Accepted Answer

Possibly — loyalty points commonly come with an expiration policy, and the specifics can change. Check the Rewards section of the Wendy's app for the current rules and your points' expiry dates, and use older points first.

Question 4

Can I earn points on delivery orders?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed through the Wendy's app generally earn points when you're signed in. Orders placed through third-party delivery services may not earn Rewards points — check the app's terms for the latest details.
