Can Wendy’s coupons be combined?+
Wendy’s says coupons may not be combined with other offers. Its Rewards FAQ separately says one reward and one offer can be used in an order, subject to the exact terms.
Can I print a Wendy’s app offer?+
No. Wendy’s says app offers are for app use and cannot be printed.
How often do Wendy’s offers change?+
Wendy’s says offers refresh periodically. Check the live Offers area and your account before relying on a saved screenshot.
Can I get a Frosty with a Biggie Deal?+
Wendy’s says a Frosty may substitute for the Small Soft Drink in a Biggie Bag or Biggie Bundle, but not Biggie Bites. Availability and added charges may vary.
Why did my offer not apply?+
Check the restaurant, day, expiration, ordering channel, account, minimum subtotal, item, size, quantity and whether another coupon conflicts. The cart must show the discount before payment.
Do Wendy’s delivery orders earn points or use app offers?+
Wendy’s currently says no: delivery orders do not earn Rewards points or qualify for in-app offers, including delivery ordered through Wendy’s app or website. Pickup can still use Rewards and mobile offers.
